At KAYALI, we want you to find your perfect signature scent, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used or unsealed.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Pack Your Fragrance

  Place the unopened product in its original box and secure it within a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
